You are certainly free to do however you want, but that is common around here, and this isn't California. However, I was merely stating that there are places that fill tanks that way. Maybe the next time you're out on the road and you need to fill a half-empty tank, that's all you'll find.

Not everything operates the way you think they should, last time I looked very few businesses get your okay before they do things. Don't like it? That's life.
