I use s variant of the one shadows posted. I can't remember the name of it.
Mine just has one level and an adjustable pendulum lever. So you put the little lever on the bubble before unhooking, use the same level to level up the trailer, then to rehook you adjust the height to the center of the bar that you set before unhooking.
Same principle.
