We live in Northwest, Ar. We live close to lots of National Forest land. We boon dock camp all the time and love the bigger holding tanks. When I am ready to load ATVs, I throw a 8'x12' plastic tarp down and park on top of it. Be sure to turn off gas. When I unload, I just drag the tarp out and shake off the mud and etc. I have not noticed any fuel & oil smells. Love the big 8'x16' living room, when unloaded. The heavier frame underneath the toy hauler gives you a good feel. Stay away from Chinese tires! Nothing fancy here! Just good family camper that is quick to load and unload! Simple is good!
