Sounds like your prepared. The protector sprays thing is BS. Scotchguard cloth- wax wood interior- wax exterior and use a rubber roof protectorant yourself. I did when new and did annually, many are surprised when I tell them my hauler is 15 yrs old.
PS my roof lasted 13 yrs in some extreme conditions- Fl heat and NE blizzards.
PSS Chinese tires suck IMO.
