Just so this won't happen to anybody else. After a few hours of freeway driving I entered a Walmart parking lot. Making a hard right turn my trailer brakes locked up and blocked off that lane for a while. So here is what happened my trailer safety wire apparently giggled under a folding metal dog fence. The hard right turn locked it up. Rather embarrassed getting out and hooking it back up!
Second choice----- Buy about 24" piece of clear plastic hose, push you E break wire through. Wire will stop flapping in the wind and avoid getting hung up.
First choice----buy two carabinieri D rings that can be opened by pushing on the side. Put 1 carabinier on a hole near the rear of your hitch or the inside of truck side wall or bed. Put 1 clip on the e-wire loop. Clip them together with ready to hit the road.
