Camped at Oregon state park and I carry my jon boat on top of truck. Put two wheels on back to pull it to ramp and back. I just tie the front handle to receiver and went 6 mph. got stopped by range...

since they are considered state highways, I wonder why they are allowed to pull the waste dolly would be any different than my boat.
when attached, my boat is 4" off ground. was told if rope breaks, it could flow into traffic. not at 5 mph it ain't moving far
a waste dolly could make a big mess
