Pullrite Superglide and B&W hitch

Is anyone here running the Superglide and using the #4431 Superrail mounting kit for the B&W hitch?

If so how do you like it?
Second how far forward from the gooseneck ball does it go? I have a short bed truck and need the space ahead of the ball for storing my Yamaha 4500W generator.
