We have a Fuzion 315: Are any of you having issues of blowing a fuse when you use the pump station?
Fairly common problem, the gears inside the pump are plastic and swell over time and jamb causing the fuse to blow. Most just order new gears and replace them. They also can be removed and sanded a small amount and put back in. Most new gear sets are not affected by todays gas and will not swell. I keep my old set (sanded down) as a spare, just in case.

I did this spring. My fuel pump is locked up (of course it is since I put 35gal in the tank)... I've been using ~2gal out of it per week via siphoning. I can't pull the pump without losing all the fuel so I can't tell you if it is swelled internals, trash, jammed...
Unless the pump is intergal part of the tank you should be able to remove the cover of the pump and fix/replace the gears, without losing to much fuel. Before I redid my lines I just used a pair of vise grips and clamped off the inlet line.
