Always good to fun a bit of water out before hooking up to our rig. Believe it or not, water does get stale sometimes, and it is good to let the pipes flush out any bugs, air, or crud that might have gotten in. It the campground is on city water, it lets fresh treated water in the pipes first. and if there is any grass, it usualy needsa a bit sprayed on it.
