Question about a 5th wheel and a couple of greenhorns

Hi all, DH and I have narrowed down our search for a 5th wheel to the Cedar Creek 36CKTS. We've had a Class C before but we're both retiring at the end of the year and plan to spend the summers in...

BTW, the individual selling the 5er is 60 miles north of Dallas and 30 miles or so north of Denton so there is no easy way to have a pro inspect it for us that I can think of.
