Your biggest issue is the spring pack in the rear of your 2500 truck and the tire and rim ratings. The axle and brakes will handle the toy hauler, but you need to spend about $4k on wheels and springs if you want to keep your current truck. The stiffer Load Range H 19.5" tires and rims will not have much sidewall give combined with the heavier rear spring pack will make truck ride rougher when empty, but that is the compromise you must accept to be able to carry that kind of pin weight.
My F250 reliably carried 8000 lbs on the rear axle with the above modifications experiencing no problems.
