I can't speak to other states, but that list is WRONG about Montana!
There is no "Towing Speed Limit" here.
The maximum length for truck/trailer/trailer is 75 feet, not 70.

There IS a braking requirement for towed motor vehicles. It is a braking Performance Standard.
