The very first thing that I would do would be to call the manufacturer and ask the following:
1. Is the roof reinforced for a second A/C?
2. Yes to number 1, then is it prewired?
3. Yes to number 2, does it have a thermostat prewire? Where?
You will need help to get the unit on the roof. This isn't something that is easy without the right equipment. Forklift works the rest. Hoist is next, and so on. The weight will be off set to one end. Lots of help is best. Good luck.
