If it has Easy-Lube spindles be very very careful greasing them. Many owners have pushed the grease seals out. You won't know it until the brakes are coated with grease and don't work. If you are buying from the owner, I would work the maintenance history of the bearings into the conversation. Check the tire air pressure...inflate to max. I would drive it 15-25 miles and find a safe place to park and check the hubs and tires. Before the trip get you a $30 infra-red temp "gun". Check the temp of the brake drums through the wheel spokes. Shoot the tires at the same time. Try to be consistent where on the tire you shoot them, like midway on the sidewall. Same with the drum...closer to the outer diameter will be closer to the brake shoes, closer to the inner diameter will be nearer the bearings. Check both areas. Watch for any temp that is significantly different. Check tire air pressure a couple times as well. Be aware they will pressure up and heat up differently depending on weight balance and sun exposure. Get a bottle jack and a couple pieces of 2x8 lumber to take with you.
Good luck.
