Quick sale

Haven't moved the 5th wheel in 4 years from it's perch in backyard. Kids are grown now, got a divorce and kept the camper. Only used it to store my tent camping equipment. Decided to put a feeler ad for it on craigslist and while taking pictures found some water damage on rear wall in bunk room. So I priced it pretty low for an originally 33.5k 5th wheel in 2005. I really did not expect the frenzy it would create. Sold it last Friday after only a week for asking price. Backyard looks so weird without a camper in it after 18 years (2 with TT and 16 with 5vr). Haven't decided on continuing to tent camp or maybe a pop up. Like the concept of the Sylvansport Go, but not the prices...
