I have a 06 ragen 3405 and when the trailer is hooked up to the truck I can see a small gap between the nightstands and the front wall. When the trailer is not hooked up there is no gap. I dont see any reason to tear into yet. Other than that we love the trailer.
That's the first sign and not so bad actually as some flexing is normal in all 5ers. It's when a gap starts showing on the outside where the side walls meet the front cap when you are hooked up that it becomes more serious. Towing in the rain results in water intrusion and rot. Keep an eye on it.
