No I will likely never have a bigger trailer. I was considering the dually mostly for stability and floatation if on soft terrain - boon docking, but I agree it is overkill.
Doesn't sound like you've had a lot of experience on "floatation in soft terrain". Duallies don't do so well on soft stuff. A SRW is much better for sand and snow.
