Seeing that this is a SRW 3500, how heavy is the 5th wheel you're planning on towing with it? GVWR, not dry weight. 2010 is the first year for the 4th generation Rams, although the powertrain is pretty much a carryover from the 6.7L Cummins with 68 RFE automatic transmission (assumed - it doesn't say) that was introduced 1/1/2007. These trucks didn't use diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) until 2013, but instead use heavy exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) to control emissions. This requires more frequent oil changes (5000 to 7500 miles is typical) due to sooting and fuel dilution of the oil, and fuel economy is lower than the EGR trucks due to more frequent regeneration cycles. The price seems a little high to me for a 2010 as my 2011 3500 DRW that I traded for my current truck in May 2016 only had 27,253 miles at trade-in, had more equipment than this truck (satellite radio, nav, heated and cooled leather seats, etc.), had the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck and Companion RVK3500 5th wheel hitch left with it and listed on the dealer's used truck lot for $42K.
