I do have a megacab with the factory puck system. I bought through Pull rite the Ram rails. Those rails do allow me to install any ISR (industry standard rail) system. It does raise the 5th wheel about 3-4" higher. However I just have the 5th in the lowest level adjustable holes. I have about 6" of clearance between my bed rails and the bunkhouse of the trailer. It allow the trailer to sit nose low instead of nose high.
BTW, I think B&W does have a slider that uses the puck system. Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased the Pull rite ram rails.
