I also have the mega cab with factory puck set up. Without a slider hitch. 42' Fuzion. I did manage to hit the cab with the nose of the camper turning around in the cul de sac in front of our house but that was mainly from miscommunication between the wife and I. There have been some tight spots in campgrounds but otherwise has worked out ok.
