Raptor 3712TS Porch Light Switch does nothing

So, our new to us 2009 Raptor 3712TS has 4 light switches, labeled Interior, Porch, Security, Patio. Interior runs inside lights, Security turns on outside floods, patio turns on exterior entry light, but I cannot find what the Porch switch does at all. The rear lights are controled from the garage, and a walk around at night with everything off but Porch does not reveal anything. Anyone have any ideas what it might be there for?

  • Turns out I was wrong, the lens is clear, and I believe it does have both bulbs in it. I think the white is burned out, which is why I couldn't tell what that switch did. Thanks for the help everyone.
  • Thanks, I'll check for two lights in the same fixture. The lens on that fixture is yellow, so I wouldn't think so, but then again, it seems all these toys are put together without any so called "common" sense...
  • porch and patio in same housing by door one white one amber, security are the ones up high on end and one on rear other side.
  • my 05' had a porch switch (white bulb) and patio switch (yellow bulb) in the same fixture. Don't know if it is the same but maybe worth a try.
  • Does your unit have a "LCI" remote control unit? If so if the remote turns the light on it must turn it off also. I think it can get "confused" if not used in the right order.

That is what my Patio light switch does, turns on the yellow light outside the front door.

  • We don't have a Porch light switch, but we do have a Step light switch which turns on an amber light behind the front steps. You can't even see it in the daytime because it's amber and hidden behind the steps. It's pretty easy to see at night though, and it's actually pretty nice.
