What is the opinions for a 3612ds Raptor 2005-2009. I plan on pulling it with a 2012 2500HD Duramax with 5000lb firestone airbags.

I had a 2005 Raptor 3612, no major issues with it while I owned it. Came with cheap Mission China Bomb tires, and there was no heat in the garage, no AC as I recall but I could be wrong there.
That said it's 39' trailer, while a SRW might be within limits I never really felt comfortable towing it with my F350 SRW - I would have felt safer with a DRW. I don't know the weight limits of your truck, you need to do your research, but airbags do not increase towing limits they are great to firm up the rear end but that's it.
