What is the opinions for a 3612ds Raptor 2005-2009. I plan on pulling it with a 2012 2500HD Duramax with 5000lb firestone airbags.

I have an early 2007 Raptor 3814 that I have pulled with a 2001 GMC K2500HD D/A SRW w/air bags. No issues to date, other than factory installed Carlisle bias ply tires on the trailer.
I do know that my GCW is above what the truck is rated for - when I ran it over the CAT scales, I had 4400# on the truck's front axle, 6400# on the trucks rear axle and 12,200 on the trailer's triple axles with 2 sport quads in the garage, ready to travel but with no water in the tanks.
To take the worry out of being close on the rear tire capacity, I switched to Rixson 19.5 alloy wheels and 16 ply (load range I) tires on all 4 that give me a 9600# tire capacity vs. 6800# for the 265-16 E's I had.
