Like you, we wanted theater seating directly across from the TV with a kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. It also could not be longer than 38'0. We found it in the Grand Design Reflection 337RLS. Overall length (back of ladder to tip of front cap is 37'-3). It has a 39" flat screen TV across from plush theater seats. Kitchen has plenty of counter space with the hutch and island sink. Full size pantry and two slide out pantries provide more than enough storage space. Take a look at it online and I think you will fall in love with it as we did. Priced around $46,000.
