When we go out west we take 7 days to do it. We're not in s hurry.When we stop for the night I fuel up first with the 5er attached and then go to the campground where we will stay at for the night.The 5er doesn't get unhitched and the 3 slides are opened until it's time to go to bed.I just make sure the 5er is level. The bedroom slide remains open for the night. In the morning we get cleaned up, the wife make sandwiches for the road and we're off for another day of travelling. We can use the 5er without having to open the slides if we need to. It's a 2009 Cedar Creek. I always unplug from my truck for the night.
