When the TV was lifted a few inches the King Pin wanted to raise above the hitch and stressed the hitch jaws and bent one side. Make sure you replace the hitch since it is no longer safe to drive.

My insurance paid for my truck bed repair. Luckily my trailer(5th wheel) was not damaged. Did not pay for new hitch.

Also found out that 16K hitch has on rare occasions been known to release said king pin, which what happened to me, from a repairman who had retired from the business after 30yrs.
