This floor plan is very similar to the camper that we purchased back in September, (Wildcat 327CK) and we love it, to me its the perfect layout, and as far as trading quickly, this is our 3rd camper in as many years, and all of them, had deals very similar to your deal. My philosophy is, the happier you are with the camper, the more you will enjoy camping. So in short GO FOR IT!
