If it were me, I would take it to a spring/suspension shop and ask them what is the best fix - and they will be able to tell you why it looks like that.
My son had a 2006 F250 - he then bought a small 5er, took a trip and the truck had a permanent sag! We took the truck to a local shop and found out that Ford did, in fact, put in softer springs and the sag was because the springs flattened out. He had the springs re-arched and another leaf added...no more sag.
Here is a shop in Oklahoma City...
