I admit Lippert must have made progress in resolving much of the problem they were having with their frames. As several have mentioned, I don't see as many complaints as I used to.
I guess what most gets my gall is we've owned a number of RVs and each has had at least a minor issue or two. But - every manufacturer we have dealt with in the past has seemed to go out of its way to resolve issues (some even helping when it was clear the warranty had expired),. Maybe we've just been lucky in that regard. But, after having major problems with two components Lippert built, within a very short time frame, and then having Lippert basically tell us "it ain't our fault, whether it is or isn't" does not give me a warm feeling toward the company. Companies who want to maintain a decent reputation give at least some shrift to customer service - - and from our experience Lippert didn't do that in the least, In fact their attitude was more or less "too bad, so sad for the trouble and expenses our products caused you".
