Thank you. We are currently on a trip so was trying to avoid taking it in or at least pointing them in right direction to help resolve quickly. It is a heartland elk ridge ultimate 37. Sink is not in bedroom, but an unused washer/dryer prep is. Cap for drainage on prep is sealed. It only occurs during showers with tank more than half full. No other times. Thanks again.
