We like ours and specifically shopped for a rear kitchen, couple reasons but mostly it was about the cabinet space and we don't have to look through the kitchen or dining room to see the TV.
The biggest perk was the counter space, we had a 2003 Arctic Fox pickup camper and it had the same footprint of a kitchen in rigs three times as long (but the same tiny kitchen).
didn't like the rear entry models though, wife didn't want the kitchen to be a high traffic area...
