If you pass them head on and flash a five finger'd hand then another two fingers, here in CA that means 7 more behind me. There, they just wave back and smile.

Area is set up for fun touring, not speed. Perfectly fine, as long as you understand it's not the CA dez or Kennedy scene. I never come around a corner cooking it and expect they will be to their right. They will sometimes pull over to the left oblivious to your approach though they should see you, to take photo or some such. Easy on all curves whether you can see around it or not.
