Cut a deal with insurance company. Let them total it then buy it back for scrap. Who cares if the title is "salvage" at that point. It's still yours and you're not going to get rid of it.

Take insurance money and spend a few grand letting a good body shop fix it back up.

Use it till the wheels fall off that turd or it burns to ground and leave it right there forever.
