A lot of folks report using Murphy's on these forums (not the way I do it though). They say it's OK. If you've already done it, well ... too late now. Any concerns, just give the roof an extra good rinse so no residue soap is left behind.

A clean roof is a happy roof! :C Makes for a nice "clean" target practice for birds! :S
