I purchased a 5th wheel from private party and soon found a leak in waste tank . It appears as though something must have hit and or jammed the drain pipe up enough to crack the tank where it attaches...

depends on tank material, there are plumming shops that can weld plastic, seen it done they use heat a a plastic rod, flows like melted butter.
