My last camper had the hard wired that you had to stuff in the hatch. Used to skin my knuckles every time and was always going to replace it with a detachable plug. We had a rash of thefts in this area where people would pull as much out of the camper and just whack it off with a bolt cutter.
Anyway......the KZ MXT has the detachable cable. I have 3 rubber-maid type tubs in the pass through. One for sewer attachments. One for fresh water stuff. And one for electrical. The garden type hoses and the heavy electrical both get coiled up and I use a couple of the bungee cords with a ball on the end to keep them tidy.
