Where is "level" determined on a fifth wheel?
Or in my case, a gooseneck horse trailer? What is the place a manufacturer base the placement of the levels off of if I were to double check?

I'll check the frig and then the stove top, then the floor then... & then.....
I just wanted to have a place to check aside from the levels the manufacturer put on because I'm always jacking up the curb side, always.
