We have a 2005 FS30 and have not had to many MAJOR PROBLEMS:R with ours yet. However reading all of this and talking to friends who WW trailers - I am not confident that WW we stand behind their product:(
We purchased ours back in Jan of 2005 and it spent a total of 164 days in for service and repairs out of the first year and half that we owned it. In addition we had purchased the extended warranty that gives us an additional 4 years of coverage! bringing the total to 6 years. However, In calling the Perris, Calif facility last year about all the news on the frames! I spoke to the service manager and was informed then! that the extended warranty was not covered or honored through them! it was through another company! a surprise to us from what we were told by GIANT RV in Irvine.
Although we do not have any major issues with ours at this time! we have only used it 15 times since we purchased it! and it has been parked and covered since August of last year. Did not trust pulling it after it damaged our tow vehicle with (2002 Ford Excursion - Limited) Receiver/tow hitch.
Would not recommend a WW or Giant RV to anyone!
P.S. I could not even start to list the times in for repair / the things repaired! and for how long it was in for!!
