These ramps are a huge lever and put crazy stress on the supports.
My cables are factory.
But the toddler fence or xpens sounds like a temp fix until I find a good deal on rails.
My toy hauler did not have the anchors to secure the ramp door. Rather than drill the trailer, I used tall jack stands with rubber bumpers to hold the ramp level. The comment about additional steel plates being required may be for those cable anchors I lacked.
