Rear electric stabilizer jacks. Only one will go down?

So I get to my favorite camping spot and push the button and only the jack nearest the motor and switch goes down.....:h ?? Anyone have that happen to them? They are on some kind of screw system.

In my opinion this type of jack is not engineered very well.


Need to crawl up under and spray screw drives with a dry graphite
I've used it on mine...screw drives, pivot points on legs/braces, foot pads and front landing gear inner legs.

11 yrs and working just fine.
