I take it you are talking about the rear mounted exterior flood lights on top of the rear door like shown in this Keystone photo.

These are sometimes called scare lights but usually they are not mounted on the rear as this to me would be a safety violation that might turn on accidentally going down the road and shine into the eyes of traffic behind the trailer. I'm surprised to see this.
I guess they do not come ON unless you are in REVERSE or something like that to be able to be legally mounted in this position...
I would look for scare lights on-line... Most are round but I did see some square lens type...
