I have a Reese 30047 hitch and I don't know what the difference is between a 30032 and 30047. I had my 30047 for about 3 years and last August I noticed the jaws seemed to have a fair amount of up and down movement plus I did hear a bang sound a couple of times when I pulled ahead from a dead stop. I took the head part of the hitch to the dealer I purchased it from and they discussed it with the Reese Rep. Reese replaced the 16k hitch head with a brand new 16K hitch head. If you are concerned that there is too much jaw movement take it to a reliable dealer to be checked. Before Reese agreed to replace the 16K head the dealer told me it would cost the same to replace the jaws with new ones as it would to replace the 16K hitch head.
I am currently trying to sell my Reese hitch so that I would be able to buy a new B&W.
Hope things get resolved for you.
