Both are good hitches. Just pick the one the dealer makes the best deal on that satisfies your price needs..in the color you want :B
My choice would be the one with a 4 way pivot for ease of hooking/unhooking on unlevel ground.
Can't help you on the Sidewinder but it seems popular with those that have one.
