reese quick install bracket kit

I placed order for my 99 f350 to mount the fifth wheel using reese rail and quick mount bracket kit 50082-58. UPS dropped it off on monday and half the kit did not come with it. Now they say that they are back ordered and might not get until october! I have checked all over internet and sure enough no one stocks it and have to wait. This is hard to believe and i might just use the old style brackets that require drilling frame. I did old style on my 96 ford but thought i would get the quick install with no luck
