What do you all use to remove old caulking on the fiberglass gel coat? Normally I would use a flat razor blade but not sure if that is a good idea on the fiberglass? Also is there a solution that so...

A plastic putty knife is probably the safest. Heating with a hair dryer or heat gun makes it easier.
I then use mineral spirits or denatured alcohol to remove any residue.
