Replace Black Water Valve with full holding tank

Help.. Just got started RVing. Have 2013 Redwood Fifth Wheel Camper. During routine dump and flush, the black water valve broke. I have a full tank and would like information on how to replace val...

There may be a possibility that the cable just slip out from the sleeve. If you can locate the valve and cut a hole in the underbelly to access it, putting the cable back in and torquing the screw should solve the problem. That is, if that's the problem.
