Most advise using the vinyl plank flooring as it is moisture resistant. Also to use the click lock method over the glue strips.

I agree with Dave. Our kids were doing a renovation this summer, and some rain got down the exposed chimney in their house and onto their laminate flooring. Lots of bubbling of the flooring, though a quick clean and our dry climate helped to limit the issue. YMMV... Personally, I'd prefer the vinyl over laminate in an RV any day.
