You are exactly correct!
But I did call Keystone and they were good enough to check and see if they could contact any past suppliers. They returned a call the next day saying the two suppliers were out of business.
I'm combing the local carpet stores and trying to zero in on a color match and then I'll replace the whole slide out carpet piece.
