Replacing my own Brakes... how difficult?
I think it's time to replace the brakes. When we do our pull test the brakes engage but there appears to be a delay before they fully engage. Figured it would be a good time to have the bearing repack...

OP here. We just got back from our trip to Pismo Beach. We adjusted the brakes and everything worked wonderful. Same response time as we are used to. Thanks for all the information as we had no clue on how to adjust the brakes. After checking out youtube I feel confident that we can change the brakes when it is time.
Thanks for all your help. I'm the one that does the research and have to bug DH for maintenance as he is not one that is very proactive with maintenance. I'm the one that forces his hand to get stuff done after he cost me a transmission on a car.
