If it's a brand new trailer and tires, I'd ride the china bombs and save the extra $$$$ as fast as I can. I think the China Bomb thing is over blown and would not replace brand new tires made in China. Take care of them, check your air pressures each trip, dont over load or speed and replace them next Spring/Summer rather than waste the $1000 now.
Riding my China bombs for my second season and WILL replace this spring but I'd have a hard time justifying wasting a thousand $ to replace new tires.
I keep my TH at Glamis dunes storage during season. When I get there one of the first things I do,is check tires/adjust tire pressure, only then do I pull out and go to Gecko road about 7-8 miles from Glamis Dunes storage.
Well, in my case, it took about 12 miles max, not overloaded or speeding, to go from china bombs looking perfect brand new, to 2 china bombs with tread separating and coming off in chunks. If my buddy didn't point it out to me when we were camped at the end of Gecko at Roadrunner, I wouldn't have believed that they could come apart so fast. Seems to me, when they decide to go, not always much of a warning, if any. If I had gone to PHX 200 miles, instead of Roadrunner 12miles, those china bombs tires would have been land mines.
